Project information
In the Netherlands, many buildings are ventilated directly with outdoor air. Outdoor air is often polluted by emissions from factories and cars. We don’t want to breathe that in, and neither should you. That’s why we’ve designed a façade that purifies the air, passively irrigates itself, cools the surrounding air, and much more. But most importantly, it achieves all of this with the help of plants. The modularity of our design is portrayed in the model and shows the build-up of the facade.
