The Future Urban Façade by Sto presents a modular vision for the building envelope of tomorrow—where sustainability, technology, and design converge. At its core is the StoModulite Cleyer B, a prefabricated facade module system that integrates a ventilated façade system and cladding into one streamlined system, enabling efficient installation and architectural flexibility. Adding a living dimension, the facade incorporates Sto x Respyre, a bio-receptive coating that supports moss growth, enhancing air quality, encouraging urban biodiversity, and passively cooling the building through a natural, green layer. Complementing these features is the StoVentec Photovoltaic system, a ventilated rainscreen facade embedded with sleek photovoltaic panels that generate renewable energy while maintaining a refined architectural aesthetic. Together, these innovations form a future-forward facade concept that is energy-generating, ecologically active, and visually distinctive—setting a new standard for urban architecture.
