The winners are determined based on the use of the unique registration link. Each participant can win a maximum of one Marketing Award.
When will we announce the winners?
Network Award: Thuesday 6 May at 12:00 o’clock in the afternoon.
Impact Award: Thursday 8 May at 2:00 PM.
When do we present the awards?

1.Don’t miss any deadlines. In MyJaarbeurs, you’ll find a clear and personalized checklist that includes all the information and tasks related to your participation in the trade fair.
2.Need more explanation or clarification about your participation? Join one of our online information sessions. We will further explain the steps available in MyJaarbeurs to help you make the most out of your trade fair participation. You can find the dates and times of these sessions in MyJaarbeurs.
3.Every exhibitor who wants access to the fair must register. The registration link and account code can both be found in MyJaarbeurs under “Make your participation a success!”. Once you’ve registered for the fair, you’ll gain access to the event platform. In the event platform, you can interact with visitors and update your company profile.
4.To receive the best recommendations on who to meet and increase the chances that people will accept your meeting requests, one element is absolutely crucial: Complete your company profile in the event platform.
Add a logo, description, and contact details for your company so that visitors can easily find you. Register for the fair first to gain automatic access to the event platform.
5.In addition to networking with already registered visitors, it’s also possible to invite your own contacts to the fair using your unique registration link. You’ll find it in the ROI dashboard in MyJaarbeurs under “Make your participation a success!”, then click on ‘ROI dashboard & Invitation link for visitors’ in the menu bar. By using the unique registration link, you can easily track which of your contacts have registered and who will be attending the fair.
6.One of the main reasons many exhibitors participate in a trade fair is to generate leads. It’s important to follow up on the leads you collect before, during, and after the fair as quickly as possible. Discuss with your team before the event what your goal is and how leads will be followed up on. This will speed up the process after the fair ends.
